and blue tiles coming from the famous Vietri sul Mare furnaces. On the outside side that
turns north there is a practical laundry room.

On the ground floor there are 3 bedrooms: adjacent to the living room there is 1 double
bedroom, with private bathroom and oven / fireplace, on the same level, southeast side,
there are 2 double bedrooms, both with private entrance. One with mezzanine and
bathroom with shower, the other very large, with large bathroom with tub.

On the first floor there are 3 other rooms: 1 double room with fireplace and bathroom with
shower, 1 single bedroom, also excellent as a hallway and service compartment and 1
double bedroom with large bathroom with tub.

All rooms are furnished with family furniture and come from the owners` travels. The
bathrooms are tiled with Vietri ceramics.

The house on the south-west façade is dominated by an imposing wooden portico.
The magical garden, as we love to call it, is rich in exotic and Mediterranean essences,
flowered in every season of the year, accompanied by a large swimming pool (14x6 meters)
equipped with solarium, a comfortable wooden shaded patio, a beautiful stone barbecue
structure completes the charm.
La Fornacina is located in a very strategic area, being 8 km from the Terme di Saturnia, in
the still intact and unspoiled nature keeps a distance for a full immersion experience
without having to deprive of any service being well connected with less than 10 minutes `car
from the same Saturnia, 20 minutes from Manciano.
La Fornacina is located in the heart of the Tuscan Maremma, between the hills of the
Morellino di Scansano DOC wine, 40 minutes from the Costa dell`Argentario and Isola del
Giglio and 40 minutes from Monte Amiata.
It is immersed in an area of great importance and historical-archaeological and naturalistic
